We are actively seeking a **Director, Delivery Management** to drive operational efficiency and strategic project implementation within our organization.

As the spearhead of our delivery management function, you'll orchestrate complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and high-quality execution. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale client initiatives/programs
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities with the project team and stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Alongside other EPAM members such as Account Managers, Project Managers, and Solution Architects, you will lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, multidisciplinary projects (often united in a program) while ensuring EPAM delivery standards are met
- Work with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and the EPAM delivery team to define the Product Delivery Roadmap
- Be able to dig into any issue within the delivery organization and provide necessary leadership to the team to find optimal solutions (architecture, project management, business analysis, Agile questions, quality assurance, etc.)
- Lead, coordinate, and drive the decision-making process for key technology decisions
- Align EPAM and Client architecture teams; act as a mediator to find a compromising decision where needed
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project/program plans, and ensure alignment of these plans across functions and with team leadership

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong delivery management skills
- Experience with Java and Legacy Modernization
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
- Must have experience leading complex delivery of software engineering services in a Professional Services capacity
- Experience in establishing and managing a multi-project setup
- Experience working in a pre-sales environment from solutions to client communication, is highly desired
- Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kan-ban, Waterfall), and IT Roles
- Able to advise top management on business opportunities, frameworks, and setups for the best possible business outcomes
- Hands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices with the ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and ensure a winning mix of delivery practices applied to the project
