**Clinical Operations Coordination Leader**
**Acute Care Program**

**Position Description**
The Acute Care Program is seeking a full-time, temporary (12 months) Clinical Operations Coordination Leader who will be critical in supporting the operation and coordination of both clinical and administrative functions for CAMH Patient Flow and the Crisis and Critical Care (CCC) Inpatient Units - CCC units 3-7. You will work collaboratively with the CAMH Patient Flow Manager and Acute Care Inpatient and Emergency Department Leaders, as well as front line staff. Reporting to the Clinical Director for CCC Inpatient, Patient Flow and the Emergency Department, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Co-ordination of CAMH Patient Flow
- Liaising with internal and external partners
- Coordination and standardization of patient flow and unit processes
- Coordinating and managing the rollout of corporate initiatives across units
- Assisting with and operational coverage for clinical operations including case conferences, team huddles and crisis management
- Supporting the ongoing strategic priorities of all teams
- Collaboration with managers on scheduling and coordination of staff

The Clinical Operations Coordination Leader will support Patient Flow protocol, communication and guideline development; assist with the monitoring of operating costs, budgets and resources; create reports, analyze and interpret data; and, coordinate and assist with recruitment.

**Qualifications**

**Please Note**:This full-time, temporary (12 months) position is NOT part of any bargaining unit.

**Salary Range**: Competitive Salary and Benefit Package
