We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in data analytics. You will work closely with senior analysts and other team members to analyze data, generate insights, and support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (internal databases, external datasets, etc.)
- Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Support in creating statistical models and interpreting data trends to assist decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet business objectives.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing data systems and databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required by different departments.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio (preferred but not required).
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.48-$30.00 per hour
