Air Canada Vacations is hiring a Marketing Specialist - Production / Vacances Air Canada recrute un/une Spécialist (e) marketing, Production.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Diriger la conception de toutes les brochures numériques et traditionnelles faisant la promotion de diverses gammes de produits d’un point de vue stratégique, de planification et de création.
- Gérer et être responsable de la production des brochures numériques:

- Diriger et contribuer à la planification des brochures du début à la fin, y compris l’élaboration des calendriers de production et l’analyse rétrospective.
- Contribuer à la répartition des ressources.
- Organiser et diriger les réunions de lancement avec les différents départements et veiller à ce qu’une vision à 360 degrés de chaque projet soit mise en œuvre.
- Assurer l’optimisation continue de tous les processus qui ont une incidence sur la brochure numérique en coordonnant avec les départements respectifs : Processus de contenu des produits du site Web, traduction et autres.
- Assurer la conformité aux processus existants, suggérer et recommander des améliorations.
- Examiner les actifs créatifs pour s’assurer qu’ils sont conformes aux objectifs de la marque et du projet.
- Coordonner les approbations internes et externes, ainsi que les étapes de mise en œuvre.
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes du projet pour les informer de l’avancement, des défis et des blocages, et réévaluer les échéances si nécessaire.
- Livrer les actifs finaux à temps et conformément aux instructions.
- Assurer la qualité de la production imprimée et examiner l’ensemble du travail, de la conception à la livraison.
- Suivre et analyser les performances de chaque projet.
- Assurer la continuité et la cohésion entre les différents projets marketing en fonction des gammes de produits.
- Gérer des priorités multiples tout en alignant les produits livrables aux besoins de l’entreprise et aux objectifs du département.
- Collaborer efficacement et communiquer régulièrement avec de multiples partenaires internes et externes afin d’assurer l’alignement et les priorités appropriés (par exemple avec les équipes de la création, de la rédaction, de la croissance et l’engagement des consommateurs, du marketing par courriel, du commerce électronique, de la gestion des revenus, des produits, des ventes, etc.).
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre les partenariats coop, en assurant une visibilité maximale.
- Veiller à ce que les lignes directrices de la marque soient respectées en fonction de tous les points de contact.
- Jouer un rôle de consultant, proposer des solutions et apporter le soutien nécessaire aux responsables marketing pour mener à bien plusieurs projets de marketing et de communication.
- Contribuer à proposer et à mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus.
- Se tenir informé des activités et des tendances du secteur.

**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou équivalent;
- Au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing;
- Expérience de travail dans un département de production au rythme rapide;
- Expérience en gestion de grands projets sur plusieurs mois;
- Expérience de travail dans une agence de publicité, un atout;
- Expérience dans le secteur du voyage, un atout;
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en organisation;
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (anglais et français);
- Forte capacité à s’adapter rapidement, à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression;
- Excellent esprit d’équipe, attitude positive, compétences interpersonnelles et d’écoute;
- Proactivité, ingéniosité et souci du détail;
- Créativité, curiosité et volonté de remettre en question le statu quo;
- Maîtrise de la suite Office 365;
- Expérience de travail avec le système de gestion de projet Jira, un atout.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Lead the development all digital and traditional brochures promoting various product lines from a strategic, planning and creative standpoint
- Manage and be accountable for the production of digital brochures:

- Lead and contribute to the planning of brochures from beginning to end, including building production workback schedules and post mortem analysis
- Contribute to resource allocation
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with various departments and ensure a 360 vision of each project is implemented
- Ensure continuous optimization of all processes that have an impact on the digital brochure by coordinating with respective departments: Website product content processes, translation and other
- Ensure compliance to existing processes, and suggests and recommend enhancements
- Review creative assets to ensure alignment with brand and project objectives
