**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain a schedule
- Maintaining client database
- Filing / Electronic filing
- Answer phones, book and confirm appointments
- Follow up on showings for client feedback
- Updating websites and social media information
- Coordinate and create marketing materials for online promotions and mailouts
- Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, photographers, and stagers
- Event planning for seminars and client events

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual Skills: fluent in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN
- High level of ACCURACY
- Personable and professional
- Able to multitask and detail-oriented
- WELL ORGANIZED is a must
- Excellent telephone skills
- Can calmly handle deadlines and stressful situations
- High level of initiative and self-directed
- Excellent command of the English language
- Efficient and work independently
- Ability to work on weekends
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, MAC and Adobe Photoshop (asset, not a must-have) and Social Networking
- Real Estate admin experience is an asset.
- Valid driver license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
