The Sales Administrator provides support to the sales team and customers. This position is key in the flow of work, information. This role performs administrative tasks including pricing, quotes, shipping samples, contract updates and customer information updates, reporting.

**Essential Functions**

- Prepares and maintains quotes, contracts, and responses for potential customers/current customers
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing transfer of quotes to customer price tables
- Creates and sends samples as requested by brokers, sales managers via FedEx
- Creates and maintains customer records for samples sent out and follow up
- Assists with Tradeshows sending samples for booths as requested
- Provide logístical support to maintain customer relationship
- Offers white glove service to customer care clients.
- Provides backup support to customer service team

**Supervisory Responsibility**: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

**P**hysical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting when shipping FedEx packages is required. This would require the ability to lift and bending or standing as necessary.

**P**osition Type/Expected Hours of Work**:Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm This is an in-office position.

**R**equired Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in administrative support role for at least 2 years
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work both in a team atmosphere and as an individual
- 1 - 2 years of prioritizing of work experience

**P**re**f**e**rred Education and Experience**
- Experience supporting sales staff
- Experience quoting contracts, working with contract revisions and pricing of products

**Work Authorization**:Ability to legally work in Canada
