**Position Description**:
Working as a member of the IMT Project Management Office, the Project Analyst is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned project to ensure activities are progressing as planned and are meeting the documented requirements.

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**
- Coordinate the work of the members of the project team
- Maintain timely communications with all project team members, including vendor staff
- Communicate project status via the Project Status Report
- Conduct project team meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for designated meetings
- Record and monitor project issues from discovery through to resolution
- Use internal standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
- Maintain project documentation as assigned
- Coordinate project activities like
- Test and Prepare for New phases of the project
- Coordinate and maintain logistics required to appropriate conduct workshops / working sessions
- Assist with Scheduling activities required for the project

**Here's What You'll Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Technology Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (ie. PMBOK) is a definite asset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating project testing activities with project team members is an asset
- Hospital experience is an asset
- Experience in project coordination activities in ERP or large scale projects is an asset

**Employment Type**

Temporary Full-time, 6 Month Contract
