*Real Estate Administrative Assistant Responsibilities*
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
- Filming and voice over for videos in English/Chinese, and editing (photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Video Edit.etc.)
- Organize online or in-person seminars; Assist with the planning and execution of events
- Remind the Team Leader to stick with schedule.
- Creating agreements of purchase and sale or lease documents for sales staff, track the closing date, and submit closing documents to deals department.
- Prepare listing agreement; Listing inventory management, including input of property details, integration of photos, and uploading, as applicable, to the local listing service system
- Making and confirming appointments on listings
- Help organize the prelisting work, including ordering cleaning, Staging and related listing works
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
- Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand (Monthly marketing campaign,etc.)
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met

*Real Estate Administrative Assistant Qualifications*
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Mandarin reading/writing/speaking is an extra vaule to our client.

**Salary**: From $31,575.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON

Expected start date: 2023-12-18
