L'IDR doit être un apprenant rapide qui possède de solides compétences en communication et une capacité à présenter nos offres de manière convaincante. Chaque client potentiel est une opportunité de stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, les niveaux d'acquisition de clients et la rentabilité.

**Objectifs de ce rôle**
- Représenter les produits et services de l'entreprise, en utilisant des connaissances approfondies ainsi que des recherches sur les consommateurs pour expliquer comment nos solutions répondent aux besoins des clients
- Générer des pistes et établir des relations en entretenant des prospects chauds et en trouvant de nouvelles opportunités de vente potentielles
- Gérer et entretenir un pipeline de prospects intéressés et impliquer les cadres commerciaux dans les prochaines étapes

**Responsabilités**
- Utiliser le CRM, les appels à froid et le courriel pour générer de nouvelles opportunités de vente
- Identifier les besoins des prospects et suggérer des produits ou services appropriés
- Rechercher activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur le marché
- Organiser des réunions ou des appels entre les clients (potentiels) et les cadres commerciaux

- Fortes compétences en communication par téléphone et par courriel
- Démarche de résolution créative de problèmes prouvée et fortes compétences analytiques

We know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

**Objectives of this role**
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps

**Responsibilities**
- Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Results driven competitive
- Bilingual French and english
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
