IME company seeks energetic individual with strong multi-tasking and communication skills for the role of Intake Coordinator to process incoming referrals for all types of independent medical assessments.

Responsibilities include:
Review referral requests
Identify appropriate assessor(s)
Schedule appointments
Enter examinee data into system
Coordinate assessor schedules
Book third party services
Manage no shows, cancellations and reschedules
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, assessors and third party vendors
Answer phones
Prioritize workload to meet stringent timelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
