**About the Role**

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated person with previous business-to-consumer (B2C) experience in the health, cosmetic or wellness industries and the ability to build marketing initiatives that will attract new clients, build communities and keep our clients engaged.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain various automation workflows
- Contribute content for our social channels, blogs and website
- Experience with omni-channel including video and influencer marketing an asset
- Champion the Referral Program, to meet referrals and referral purchase targets from our client base
- Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance
- Weekly reports to Director of Operations for results on open rates, click rates
- Measure results and optimize campaigns and workflows based on analytics data
- Report, track and analyze campaign performance proving success in strategies and ROI.

**Education, Qualifications & Skills**
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Marketing, Writing or related field
- Background or passion for health, aesthetics, and wellness is preferred
- Experience with analyzing data
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Highly collaborative and organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication, copy writing, editing and content management skills
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
