- As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time **Accounting Manager** **supporting our **London Administration **location.- The **_Epic Human_** we are looking for will;- Provide accounting expertise to ensure that accounting systems and month-end close processes are efficient and effective, meeting the requirements of IFRS, tax, and internal reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting controls, policies, and procedures to ensure that the assets, liabilities, revenues and expenditures are properly stated and accounted for in the GL.
- Oversee accounting team to ensure reconciliations are completed and reviewed.
- Research and implement continuous improvement initiatives and recommend changes to accounting procedures for efficient operations.
- Assess all credit union activity to ensure financial accounting compliance with IFRS and provincial regulations.
- Oversee external financial reporting including preparation and review of external financial statements, and coordination of external audit.
- Coordinate annual expense audit and reporting for lessees.
- Oversee preparation of monthly internal financial reporting for leadership, Board of Directors, and Libro wide reporting.
- Oversee preparation of cost center reporting and follow up on staff questions and inquiries.
- Provide recommendations, decision support, and analysis to Management in all areas of accounting.
- Research staff enquiries related to performance measurement and financial reporting.
- Oversee complex accounting models to ensure accuracy and efficiency, including IFRS 9 ECL calculations, revenue recognition accounting model, IFRS 16 model.

- Do you have a post-secondary degree in business, finance, or economics with a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation?
- Do you have 6-7 years of demonstrated successful leadership within financial services?
- Do you have knowledge and experience with IFRS accounting standards and Canadian corporate tax requirements, including IFRS 9 ECL calculations, revenue recognition accounting model, IFRS 16 model?
- Do you have personal computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; advanced knowledge of Adaptive Planning (Workday), which is considered to be an asset?
