Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure proper food handling, packaging, and storage to maintain freshness and quality
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a pastry or bakery setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including cake decorating and various baking methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills for pastry decoration
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
