**As a Manager, LMS Implementation [12 month contract] your responsibilities will include**:

- Be passionate about learning technology and the end user experience
- Become an expert on the administrative functionalities of our learning management system
- Actively participate in project meetings
- Manage project deliverables to meet timelines
- Lead project deliverables to transition our current courses/programs to the new LMS including documentation as it relates to naming conventions, descriptions, skill names and tags, other predefined filters
- Lead data migration activities for learning objects (i.e., scorm, documents, videos, other LMS formats)
- Support the ongoing maintenance of our centralized course content drive/location including moving files as required
- Set up and document LMS dynamic and ad-hoc training assignments/enrollments and collaborate on best practices and naming conventions
- Document our new LMS processes for course / program setup, assignments / enrollments, and reporting
- Tackle various projects related to learning and development, as assigned

- Completed post-secondary education, professional certification or equivalent experience in training and development / instructional design - CTDP Designation would be an asset
- 3+ years’ experience in a learning technology support role
- Experience working with learning content including, but not limited to, ILT, workshops, SCORM, e-Learning, videos, podcasts and documents
- Solid knowledge and experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm
- Strong consultative skills, are very creative and agile, and possess excellent SME and stakeholder interviewing skills
- Strengths in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively and successfully under pressure
- Experience in project management and in using project management tools
- May have additional assets such as background in/knowledge of Accounting practices; certifications/experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile
