- Conducted production planning and scheduling, utilizing MRP analysis to establish priorities and optimize resource allocation.
- Led capacity planning initiatives for short and long-term production goals, including manpower review and resource optimization.
- Managed the implementation of engineering changes on the shop floor, ensuring mínimal disruption to production schedules.
- Coordinated physical inventories and maintained accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Played a key role in maintaining adherence to TS 16949 Quality System Standard and ISO9001:2015/IATF 16949 requirements.
- Led the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures and documentation, to support compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conducted internal quality audits and assisted in tracking audit findings and corrective actions.
- Facilitated training for internal quality auditors and monitored updates to customer-specific requirement documentation.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of MRP processes and Bill of Materials management
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Epicor/Solarsoft
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High stress threshold and ability to thrive in fast-paced environm

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
