**Global Mobility Coordinator**:
Our Global Mobility Team is currently in search of a skilled Coordinator who has solid experience and a keen curiosity and motivated interest for global mobility. This position will report to the Manager, Global Mobility and key partnerships will be with the Global Mobility Advisor and Talent Acquisition Team.
**What you’ll do**
- Support the full immigration and relocation process for all new hires, business visitors and contractors, ensuring all steps run efficiently
- Assistance where required for external vendors for immigration projects and Contractors arriving to Seaspan projects
- Prepare and submit expenses for Accounts Payable to process and review invoices and allocate to appropriate business departments
- Compile regular reports on mobility progress
- Collect, manage, and process all paperwork associated with immigration and/or relocation files, including maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Other related duties as assigned
**What you’ll bring**
- A minimum of 1 year global mobility related experience required. This experience should be focused on supporting such areas as immigration, relocation, and settling in services
- 2+ years HR administration related experience
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration policies, programs and procedures would be advantageous
- A good understanding of the different stages of the relocation process
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment with constantly evolving priorities
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy at all times
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines for a variety of ongoing requirements
