We have an immediate opening for a dedicated and highly motivated _full-time _**Marketing Administrative Assistant**_ at our Head Office located in Paradise, NL. You will join a team with varied backgrounds, a dedication to excellence, and the common goal of supporting and growing our industry leading business network.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains company internal and external websites, ensuring accurate product and supplier information.
- Maintains internal departmental documentation and electric file structures.
- Coordinates the production and distribution of marketing campaign and promo materials by working with external suppliers.
- Prepares any required monthly reports including tracking annual departmental budget.
- Schedule social media posts and advertising on various platforms with direction from the Creative Director.
- First point of contact for the store network, vendors and the public for marketing requests including external requests or inquiries through social media and responds appropriately.
- Coordinate, execute, and oversee all Paint Shop events, including Pro Shows, training conferences, contests, trade shows, Virtual Shows, Annual General Meetings, and social events.
- Coordinate general graphic requests.
- Works with Marketing Manager to coordinate community donations and sponsorships.
- Other general duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree Business Administration or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge with MS Office Suite.
