**GoVeyance**, a dynamic conveyancing platform designed by conveyancers for conveyancers, is seeking an exceptional _**Customer Success Manager**_ to play a vital role in helping us grow our business in the Lower Mainland area.
About GoVeyance:
GoVeyance provides lawyers, notaries, and conveyancers with a dynamic conveyancing platform that is fast and innovative. Built for conveyancers, by conveyancers, the company’s unique platform streamlines the real estate transaction process for both the legal professional and their office. We are focused on delivering an exceptional experience at a fair price. Headquartered in British Columbia, the company has employees across Canada.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B.C. conveyancing or a strong understanding of the real estate process.
- Sales experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent our brand positively, empathetically, and enthusiastically.
- Proven self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Salesforce is an asset.
- Familiarity with GoVeyance or similar conveyancing platforms is an asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing customers in the legal vertical, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the legal industry.
- Assist our Business Development Managers with conducting product demonstrations to potential customers in the legal field, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Work with existing customers to gather feedback and market intelligence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous product/service improvement.
- Conduct health checks with existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Respond to customer inquiries about our product, and work with them to resolve any questions they may have
- Work with our documents team to assist with document customization
- Represent GoVeyance at trade shows, conferences, and community events to enhance brand awareness.
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
