Gislason Targownik Peters is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Winnipeg office in a part-time, term position. This role will begin immediately and run through May or June of 2025 (negotiable). We are looking for someone to provide on-site administrative support for approximately 20-35 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Receive and greet clients as they come into the office
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Typing of client letters, letters to CRA
- Printing, binding year-end letters & financial statements
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Data entry and management
- **Other Duties**:

- Daily errands including deposits, mail/CRA drop-off
- Some monthly bookkeeping as required
- Support accounting teams with other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**:

- Must be very comfortable with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage Simply Accounting
- Fluent in English - an excellent communicator
- 2+ years of prior experience in administrative or reception duties in a professional setting
