Located in Barrie and reporting to the Associate Dean, Business and Management and Automotive Business, the incumbent develops and delivers courses in the Marketing programs. Courses may be scheduled and delivered during the day or evening and are planned to be delivered in person at the Barrie campus. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

- Delivers courses in the Marketing program
- ADVE 1007 Graphic Design Fundamentals
- MKTG 1017 Digital Media Marketing
- MKTG 1018 Strategic Marketing Planning
- MKTG 2031 Sport Marketing Sponsorship
- MKTG 2041 Applied Digital Media Marketing
- Develops and delivers appropriate curriculum to meet course objectives
- Incorporates a variety of teaching / learning strategies to meet student needs
- Evaluates student progress / achievement
- Participates in program and college activities as required
- Participates in program revisions and renewal activities as required
- Creates and maintains a positive learning environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Successfully completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
- Experience embracing change and leading innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to life-long learning
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and to foster the same in students
- Experience in some or all of the following is an asset: curriculum development, a variety of delivery strategies, learning methodologies, academic advising, and student success strategies
- Teaching and Training certification and / or experience in a teaching or training capacity is an asset
