Regal Tents & Structures is looking for a full cycle bookkeeping for a busy Tent Rental office. This position will be in-person for the first few months with the option for potential hybrid at a later date. Office is located in Stoney Creek.

**Requirements**:
**Accounts Receivable**

Ø Maintain subcontractor agreements with WSIB clearance and insurance certificate

Ø Maintain the existing system of tracking outstanding deposits and final payments

Ø Maintain existing system of tracking signed Tent Rental Agreements

Ø Compile and complete bank deposits daily as required

**Accounts Payable**

Ø Match vendor invoices with quotes, resolve any discrepancies, and enter all approved invoices into system, with correct GL acct and job number.

Ø Review job orders to ensure direct costs are captured appropriately each month

Ø Review Accounts Payable list weekly for payment approval

Ø Compile invoices to back up payments and reconcile corporate credit cards. Post in accounting system

Ø Review statements from suppliers and match to our records, reconcile if necessary

**Accounting**

Ø Reconciliation of Customer Deposits and A\R balances monthly

Ø Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts monthly

Ø Input of all general journal entries as required

Ø Input of all data into GP in an accurate and timely manner for monthly reporting

Ø Obtain new city business licenses depending on job location and manage current licenses

Ø Month end closing, accruals, and assist preparing the trial balance for review

Ø Track and record assets and depreciation schedules

**Reception**

Ø If required, greet all who enter front doors and determine how we can be of service

Ø Answer phones as required

**Qualifications**:
Ø Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have own vehicle to complete bank deposits

Ø Must have a minimum of 5 years Full cycle Bookkeeping experience

Ø Must have a firm grasp on Accounting software - experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP an asset

Ø Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office

Ø Accounting experience in A\P and A\R transactions

Ø Strong capabilities with manual journal entries

Experience with tracking/recording expenses for multiple companies and/or locations in one GL is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
