Aboard is a workflow automation platform that helps healthcare companies deliver employee experiences, such as onboarding, offboarding, and more. We automate administrative tasks, coordinate teams, and providing tailored employee experiences.

**Here’s the day-to-day**:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborating with clients to configure, customize, and optimize the Aboard platform based on their needs
- Develop project plans and timelines, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct training sessions for customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary for successful solution adoption
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions to ongoing account management
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help drive product improvements

**Here’s what you bring**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer success/implementation, project management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A need to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on challenging projects independently

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
