Our company is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Territory Manager to cover our business on Vancouver Island

The objective of this position is to continually increase distribution and sales of all Red Truck brands. You will be required to meet and exceed territory objectives, grow retail and licensee sales, within existing accounts and by developing new accounts. You will also be responsible for executing events within your territory and participating in company marketing events.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Grow existing Red Truck business through added distribution, effective distribution and promotion of company products in territory
- Cold call and develop new accounts
- Build strong relationships with management and store staff level within the accounts in your territory
- Identify opportunities within your territory and proactively plan to close these opportunities
- Support event activation within your territory and outside of it as the company requires
- Support On-Premise Licensee business including staff training
- Execute the Sales and Marketing strategy, all product launches and any key initiatives as required
- Keep abreast of competitors and report appropriate developments
- Record and submit sales and account activity daily on company CRM software

Personal Attributes:

- Strong relationship building skills - both internally and externally
- Ability to work independently but with clear direction on goals and objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong territory management skills
- Must be Self-motivated, Organized and Creative
- Be passionate about craft beer and the desire to be successful

Skills and Technical Expertise:

- Experience in Beverage Alcohol, specifically on Vancouver Island
- Traditional sales skills with strong closing experience
- Highly developed project management skills
- Basic understanding of utilizing CRM tools (i.e. ZOHO)
- Knowledge of, or aptitude for learning about craft beer (knowledge of Red Truck Beer products is considered an asset)
- Ability to learn quickly and become a craft beer advocate
- High proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Other Requirements:

- Legally able to sell alcohol beverages and work in Canada
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary
