Nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(e) en parfumerie qualifié(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que consultant(e) en parfumerie, vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un service clientèle exceptionnel, de promouvoir et de vendre des parfums et de veiller à la satisfaction de la clientèle.

Fonctions:

- Dialoguer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs préférences et leurs besoins en matière de parfums.
- Démontrer sa connaissance des différents parfums et aider les clients à choisir les bons produits.
- Fournir des recommandations personnalisées en fonction des préférences du client
- Effectuer des démonstrations de produits et informer les clients sur les notes de parfum et les ingrédients.
- Traiter les transactions avec précision en utilisant ses compétences de caissier
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
- Faire de la vente incitative de produits pour maximiser les occasions de vente.

Exigences:

- Expérience préalable dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ou de la vente
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ; des compétences multilingues sont un atout.
- La connaissance des marques de parfum est un atout
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
- Capacité à faire de la vente incitative et à promouvoir les produits de manière efficace.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Consultant to join our team. As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling fragrances, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of various fragrances and assist customers in selecting the right products
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on fragrance notes and ingredients
- Process transactions accurately using cashiering skills
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Proficiency in English and French; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of perfume brands is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
