Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, appointment requests, and general questions about our dental services.
Provide accurate information about dental procedures, treatment options, fees, insurance coverage, and appointment availability.

Appointment Scheduling and Reminders:Assist patients in scheduling dental appointments based on their preferences and availability.

Patient Intake and Registration:Guide new patients through the registration process, obtaining necessary information and forms through online chat interactions.
Update patient records accurately and maintain organized electronic records.

Dental Services Promotion:Inform patients about ongoing promotions, dental health campaigns, and special offers to encourage regular check-ups and treatments.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the appropriate dental staff to ensure that patient issues are effectively resolved.

Dental Health Education:Provide basic dental health education to patients, including oral hygiene tips and post-treatment care instructions.

Data Entry and Documentation:Accurately record patient interactions, appointment details, and other relevant information in the clinic's dental management system.
Maintain detailed and organized records of chat conversations for future reference.

Adherence to Clinic Policies:Adhere to the clinic's policies, procedures, and patient privacy regulations while engaging with patients online.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or dental assisting is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, online support, or dental receptionist roles is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate dental information clearly and compassionately.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude and a caring demeanor when dealing with patients.
- Ability to work independently and remain organized in a remote work environment.

**Salary**: $26.65-$29.96 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
We have a Concierge Team in the Lobby making sure everyone that comes in the building is following the COVID-19 guidelines. All patients fill a wellness form 24 hours prior to their appointment and have their temperature taken upon arrival.

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
