Rapidly growing, construction and development company hiring a Skilled laborer / Lead Hand

We offer a great work environment, full-time job positions, competitive wages, and an extended health plan. The current site we are looking to fill positions for is in Hope, BC.
- The safe use of hand and power tools on site, included but not limited to drills, table saw, radial arm and skill.
- General carpentry work including wood framing, window, and door installations
- Cleaning and preparing job sites
- Working with power hand tools
- Working around heavy equipment
- General duties around sites
- Read and understand blueprints
- Utilize material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Potential for advancement

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Tilt up experience is an asset
- Experience operating a skid steer is an asset
- First Aid Training is an asset
- Comfort working in all types of weather
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work safely and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- 8 hour shift
