**Job Summary**:
The General Manufacturing Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing setting. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Tasks**:

- Operate machinery and tools as required by the production process.
- Assemble components or products according to specifications.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, loading, and sorting materials
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any issues or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- **Material Handling**:

- Transport raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods within the facility.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Notify maintenance personnel of equipment malfunctions.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
- **Documentation**:

- Record production data, including quantities, times, and any issues encountered.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment is an asset.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to operate tools and machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Working in varying temperatures or noisy environments.

**Work Schedule**:

- Straight Shift Monday to Friday, and overtime, may be required. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in various roles.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
