Position Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts using CMM’s **Hexagon PCDMIS**, **Mahr MarWin**, & **Mitutoyo** **MCOSMOS**:
- Ensure all quality standards (policies and procedures) are upheld and aligned with the organizations standards and customer specifications.
- You will be responsible for the organization, verification, and documentation of our quality assurance program.
- You will be involved in new product development
- You will process improvement initiatives throughout the facility
- Other responsibilities include; part qualification, non-conformance reporting and customer communication.

Qualifications and Required Skills:Experience:Education:Position Type:Language:
- Experience with CMM programming (Mitutoyo using **MCOSMOS** software and BROWN & SHARP ONE using **PCDMIS** software) (**Required)**:
- Knowledge in the use of all manual inspection equipment (Caliper/Micrometer/Bore Gauge)
- Experience with hand tool calibration and documentation
- Ability to read and understand blue prints and GD&T symbols
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be mechanically inclined with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work overtime _if required_
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Direct experience inspecting machined parts: Minimum 3 -5 years (**Required**)
- CMM programming: 5 years (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years experience with **PCDMIS** software’s (**Required**)
- Experience in **MCOSMOS** is an asset.
- Post secondary education in qualified field would be ideal
- Full-time Permanent
- English (required)
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
