We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team

**The Company**

**Responsibilities**
- Full cycle payroll processing
- Processing and reconciling AP and AR
- Maintaining and reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Customer billing (liaising with customers to set up various billing scenarios; track and follow up on past due accounts, answer queries, etc.)
- CRA reporting and payments
- Payroll related HR Admin
- Internal financial reporting
- High quality customer support for billing and payment enquiries

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Canadian bookkeeping certification
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Minimum 2 years QuickBooks Online
- Full cycle payroll experience
- Solid working knowledge of Canadian accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to manage and prioritize own time
- Able to provide a criminal record check

**Nice To Have**
- Familiarity with the Stripe payments platform
- Experience billing customers in foreign currencies
- Experience dealing with customer related accounts/service issues

**We Offer**
- Part-time position with flexible shifts 15-30 hours per week
- No weekends or evenings, 2pm finish on Fridays
- $25 - $30 an hour
