March Networks is a leading provider of cloud-based video surveillance solutions for the finance and retail industries, and in particular tailored solutions for the quick-serve restaurant and small to medium business (SMB) markets. Our innovative platform empowers businesses to enhance security, streamline operations, and drive growth through advanced video monitoring, analytics and business intelligence tools.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the marketing strategy for our cloud-based video surveillance platform. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and generating leads to support our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our cloud-based video surveillance platforms to multiple industries including quick-serve restaurants and SMBs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Create compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral to educate prospects and drive awareness of our solution.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify our brand reach and drive customer advocacy.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and materials that support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our solutions and build brand awareness within the target market.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Experience in VSaaS is required and experience in the QSR and/or the SMB market is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
