**Program Manager, Mass-Managed, Mid-Level Giving**

United Way Greater Toronto is looking for an experienced, innovative, and strategic Program Manager, Mass-Managed, MLG to join our team at our Toronto office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mid Level Giving, the Program Manager, Mass-Managed, MLG is responsible for overseeing the program management for the mid-level donor segment ($1,200 - $7,500) ensuring mass communications are completed and be a point of contact for Leadership donors. Working collaboratively with the fundraising, operations, and marketing & donor experience teams to support personalized and mass strategies for mid-level giving.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work with the fundraising, operations and donor experience teams to manage and implement mass touchpoints for onboarding, renewing, and upgrading donors
- Work with donor experience team and reporting manager in communication content management for the mass-managed donor segment
- Management of United Way’s Leadership Inbox and phoneline, responding to external requests from Leadership donors, providing strong customer service to build and strengthen relationship with United Way Greater Toronto and understand current and future capacity
- Engage with donors who are at mid-level giving to build and strengthen relationship with UWGT and understand current and future capacity
- Work with operations and donor experience to monitor gifts received and ensure quick stewardship of donor gift
- Manage a high-volume of donor thank you calls for the mass-managed, non-officered donor segment throughout the calendar year
- Collect and record information/insights about the donors (via conversations with them) to enhance and refine the donor experience (mid-level and beyond)
- Ensure that accurate, up-to-date information is maintained in the database for assigned portfolio
- Manage and oversee cleanliness of donor data within the mass-managed donor segment directly within the database and when managing donor data project reports
- Identify further opportunities for investment and engagement within the context of the program and bring them forward for consideration
- Manage assigned temporary campaign staff by providing training, support, motivation, problem solving and assessment of performance
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- 1 - 3 years’ experience in fundraising, preferably in individual giving
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage constituent relationships
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and collaboration skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse constituent population
- Proven organizational abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven ability to take initiative and carry projects to completion with minimum supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven success at identifying, resolving and escalating (where needed) issues
- Excellent attention to detail and proven track record of accuracy
- Advanced MS Office skills and extensive experience with complex databases
- Willingness to actively contribute to the organizational equity framework through participation in learning opportunities and implementing anti-oppressive, and anti-racist learnings into action internally and externally
