We are looking for an HR Technology Development Team Lead to oversee our HRIS improvement team.

Leading our team of HRIS experts, your main role will be to manage the project portfolio and lead the execution of the development roadmap.

If you are result oriented, both in short-term small improvements and long-term projects, if you can evolve in a complex IT environment and like to understand the ins and outs of HRIS platforms, you might be the person we are looking for.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
In collaboration with the HR Technology Manager, lead a team of 4 to 6 employees.

Contribute to the elaboration of the development roadmap and transform it into an action plan.

Work with the business units to document requirements and recommend technological solutions support the HR processes.

Lead project governances with internal and external partners.

**Participate in all phases of improvements**: configuration, testing, documentation, training, etc.

Participate to IT and business projects as the HR technology SME.

Build and monitor key HR Technology development metrics.

Work with your team, partners, and clients to identify opportunities to improve our systems and maximize the value for the business.

In support to the operation team, participate in the maintenance of day-to-day operations.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A BSc in Project Management or Technology Management or relevant field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience in a multiplatform and complex integration HRIS reality.

Experience in a team lead or manager position with a global scope and remote employees.

Good understanding of HR processes and policies. Solid experience supporting HR lines of business such as payroll, total rewards, talent acquisition, Talent, HR operations, etc. is required.

Knowledge of major HCM systems (SuccessFactors would be a strong asset).

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Driven by continuous improvement and quality of execution.
