**Supply Chain Assistant - BC**

**Responsibilities Include**:
Supply Chain Support
- Assist in managing purchase orders, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Helped with inventory control, monitored stock levels, and assisted in restocking to maintain optimal inventory.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the smooth transportation and receipt of goods.
- Maintain detailed records of supplier communications, shipping documentation, and order status.
- Issuing small and subcontractor’s PO
- Quarterly inventory count

Accounts Payable Management:

- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accurate coding and approval according to company policies.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies with vendors.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers and manage payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents related to supply chain activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to supply chain and accounts payable processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Experience in working with supply chain operations in manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments.
- Familiarity with procurement practices and supplier negotiations.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to accounts payable and supply chain operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
