Each fund has its own focused, experienced, and aligned management, and a defined strategy. Investing throughout Canada and the United States with a preference for companies that exhibit a solid tangible asset base.

**About the role**:
Newlook is seeking a self-starting individual to make an impact on the business development team through direct lead generation and relationship management. The role will work directly with the Business Development Manager to build opportunities and create strategies through various channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads, build relationships and share relevant material to move prospects through the sales cycle
- Pursue and maintain existing relationships in, but not limited to, Quebec
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data using our CRM system (Salesforce), in collaboration with the leadership and sales team
- Plan and implement new target market initiatives by monitoring and sharing relevant thought leadership, client and marketplace news
- Travel planning and booking, as required
- Attend networking events in or close to Toronto and Montreal
- Help administration team during monthly closing of funds
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, must speak both French and English fluently
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client service roles, ideally at financial institutions
- Knowledge of salesforce an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
