**Job Description**:
**AECOM **Buildings + Places** **Architectural business line is seeking a **Structural Technician** to join our team. This position can be based out of any of our Canadian offices.
AECOM Buildings + Places Canada (B+P Canada) is a vibrant and growing fully integrated team spanning architecture, all the building’s engineering disciplines, landscape architecture, urban planning, urban design, economics and asset management for design and infrastructure projects. Project assignments may include, although not limited to: Transit and Municipal, Commercial, and Institutional projects, Justice, Education and Government.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Monitors and documents conformance with quality, performance, safety and code requirements.
- Activities may include assisting with engineering calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining project documentation.
- General understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.

**Minimum Requirements**:
HS + 4 (four) years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
**Preferred Requirements**:
College Diploma in Structural Engineering preferred.

Relocation is not available for this position.
Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $78,000.
