Client Coordinator

CRDS currently has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team. Our team is looking for a highly meticulous team member who can handle multiple tasks with ease and confidence. We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented and cross checks his/her own work and is very well organized in doing tasks.
- **This is an onsite role at our office in Richmond, BC.**_
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Coordinating shipping and receiving of equipment
- Perform the RMA process to procure replacement products from manufacturers and vendors or refund
- Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities
- Inventory management
- Manage the purchasing and receiving process
- Provide assistance to other teams with various tasks or duties
- Assist technical service and sales team with software license provisioning
- Coordinate with vendors
- Participate on client strategic planning process
- Must be willing to travel onsite to deliver equipment’s to clients whenever required, travel will be also required for other office related activities.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or similar roles
- Highly motivated and willing to take initiative
- Attention to detail is key
- Ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP software
- Experience in IT or MSP industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively
- Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license
