Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, utilizing your knowledge of design and construction processes to facilitate successful project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize AutoCAD to assist in project design and modifications.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, change orders, and contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in construction management, architecture, or a related field - construction project management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices.
- BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
