**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Co-ordinate, submit & distribute shop drawings, samples and mock-ups.
- Receive and distribute site instructions, requests for information and CCN’s.
- Coordinate and prepare all change management submittals.
- Coordinate subcontract distribution and return of subcontracts.
- Review and cost code project invoices.
- Maintain project document management.
- Attend, type and distribute meeting minutes.
- Assist Project Managers with project close-out document management, including deficiency lists and preparing Maintenance Manuals.
- Participate in project post-mortems.
- Distribute consultant inspection/field review reports as required.
- Attend daily team huddles.
- Other duties as requested.

**YOUR QUALITIES INCLUDE**:

- Experience as an administrator, project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated coordination and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent abilities to multi-task and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Strong computer skills in such areas as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel.)
- Jonas Premier or similar construction software experience an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.
