We are searching for a dynamic individual to **join our REGINA** team in the very important role of **Account Manager** responsible for doing **Sales (Inside) and CADD Programming **to serve our clients. This is a hands-on role that will manage the client’s needs and liaise with our internal resources to ensure quality control, cost management and customer retention. CADD experience and/or training is preferred.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Manage project pricing and cost management.
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Receive, review and understand purchase orders and requests for quotes.
- Prioritize projects based on customer’s timelines, production capabilities and capacities, raw material availability, etc.
- Develop and prepare engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
- Operating computer-assisted design (CAD) and drafting workstations.
- Completing documentation packages and produce drawing sets.
- Checking and verifying design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.
- Reverse engineering parts and products to create new patterns and drawings.
- Conduct nesting exercise for best material usage.
- Program part production.
- Generate service orders.
- Problem solve and resolve issues as they arise to ensure customer satisfactory.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and provide excellent follow-through.
- Communicate with manager, purchasing and the production team regularly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.

**Preferences given to those with**:

- Steel industry experience
- Manufacturing experience and knowledge
- Experience utilizing Salesforce (or other CRM)
- 2+ years experience in Project Management, Sales and/or CADD
- 3D modelling experience and/or training
- Self-motivated, results oriented individual.
- Enthusiastic, with a can-do, service focus.
- Friendly, approachable, accommodating, and resourceful.
- Team player with the ability to work closely with others within the organization.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent oral communication skills a must.

Remuneration is dependent on experience, includes performance incentives and will be above market rates for comparable qualifications and qualities. Comprehensive benefits package including dental, health, prescription and paramedical; short and long-term disability, life insurance and profit-sharing in the form of a DPSP / RRSP program (eligible to enroll in benefits following three-month probationary period).
