**Position Overview**:
**As a key member of Pathway’s team, the Inside Sales Representative builds the brand and achieves customer loyalty by providing customers with efficient and effective service and assistance to meet their needs.**
**POSITION DETAILS**:
**Inside Sales**:
- Works to understand the needs of the customer, offers solutions, closes sales transactions.
- Processes orders and completes sales transactions using internal technology/systems.
- Keeps current on inventories items and features which includes a wide range of tools, instruments, clothing, materials, supplies, and equipment related to: Safety, facility/janitorial, handling and storage, electrical, plumbing, welding, fleet and automotive, office, packaging, and shipping.
- Inventory Management: maintaining low stock levels, ordering, receiving, and re-stocking.
- Keeps current on store promotions and discounts available.
- Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
- Reviews open customer order reports and acts on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery dates.
- Reports industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.
- Provides other related duties as directed.
**Warehouse**:
- Select product, check for accuracy and pack for shipment.
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
- Process returns following established procedures.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Performs other related duties.
