Finishing Carpenter

**Job Purpose**
Responsible for handling raw material, measuring and cutting window build outs, trim and baseboard, then installing and finishing using DAP and sanding to promote a clean and unblemished finish. May be ask to assemble and install cabinets as well.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Could involve one or more of the following tasks on the wall panel assembly line:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in a team environment contributing to effective production goals
- Identify and report faulty equipment, damage, and safety concerns to supervisor immediately
- Strong safety mindset with the ability to perform all duties with a high degree of safety consciousness
- Ability to perform carpentry/framing duties
**Qualifications**
- Hardworking self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Be able to take instruction well and follow directions
- Wood Framing experience beneficial
- Team Player
- Strong working discipline and attendance record
**Working Conditions**
Plant conditions, working with heavy machines, and loud noises
**Essential Job Function Requirements**
May require heavy lifting up to 50lbs, extended periods of standing, active movement required, and must be able to work with hands.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
