**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the QA process.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Specialist with a focus on web and mobile app testing.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Proficiency in testing tools and technologies, including but not limited to Selenium, Appium, Jira, and TestRail.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
