**Description**

Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required. Onsite meetings include but are not limited to strategic, architectural, and technical discussions, meeting with team members, senior managers, directors, executive directors and business clients. Frequency of meeting could be up to 3-4 times per month. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Experience in developing project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks. (6+ years)
- Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, including executive level. (7+ years)
- Experience successfully implementing IT solutions in an environment with project resources from across multiple teams or organizations. (6+ years)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. (8+ years)
- Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures. (8+ years)
- Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (6+ years)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

- Experience managing Asset Lifecycle Management Solution related projects (2+ years)
- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple alternatives (4+ years)
- Experience working with Mandated and Legislated Projects within short timelines. (4+ years)
- Experience as Program Manager managing a portfolio of projects by providing governance, prioritizing, monitoring, reporting at a Program level. (2+ years)
- Experience writing program/project related documents such as proposals, business plans, statements of work, RFPs, and strategy documents. (5+ years)
- Experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities. (5+ years)
- Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity (4+ years)
- Experience working with technical teams on complex IMT projects. (4+ years)

**Location**
- Edmonton/Hybrid

**Work Environment**
- 4 months with 1 possible 6-month extension

**Hourly Rate**
