**Job Summary**

The Lead Hand is responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. This role involves coordinating tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. The Lead Hand acts as a communication bridge between management and the team, facilitating a collaborative work environment while driving productivity and maintaining morale.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team.
- Maintain inventory and equipment as needed.
- Reporting on team performance and productivity.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- High school diploma or relevant certifications.
- Previous experience as a lead hand in a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technical skills or knowledge of the industry.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead by example to achieve organizational goals.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead Hand: 1 year (preferred)
