**Summary**: We are looking for a licensed registered insurance broker to hire. Training and licensing can be provided for the successful applicant. Salary is based on experience. We are looking for someone who is seeking a long term position whether full time or part time. Learning to be a broker requires a commitment to learning and growing throughout your career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Filing and scanning as needed
- Quoting home and auto insurance needs (once licensed, if unlicensed)
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining client records
- Undertaking general administrative duties
- Amending existing policies as required
- Keeping detailed records
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work with the public in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ability to learn to navigate different insurance platforms (training provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
