**What You'll Do**:
What the Week Looks Like
- Monday's and Friday's for planning the week and closing the week / Debriefing
- Tuesday's to Thursday's for outside sales
Role and Responsibilities
- Selling fitness equipment, supplies and related services to business establishments or individuals
- Be active in the field, visit customers and help them to become (more) successful
- Facilitate & create new opportunities
- Cold Calls
- Consult and work out the best solution based on the customer’s needs
- Develop selected fitness centers, recreation centers and performance centers by proactive outreach
- Conduct online account research and account mapping for select target accounts
- Active on social media to share customer success and obtain market information
- Obtaining and updating knowledge of changing market conditions and competitors
- Providing prospective customers with information about the benefits of working with Forte Fitness and our manufactures and compiling strategies to meet those clients’ needs with the product offerings
- Continuous focus on improving product knowledge on our manufacturers product as well as our competitors to ensure prescription and managing strategic solutions for our clients are met
- Quotation and bid proposals, recording orders, and arranging deliveries
- Reporting to customers as to the order status of their orders and establishing clear communication lines and expectations
- Establishing and maintaining client pipeline based on territory and market
- Providing monthly sales reports on short term and long
- term prospects and creating strategies to keep those lines of communications open to ensure we are first to mind for consideration for the project
- Travel is required to trade shows and over-see installations at times
- Maintaining strategic marketing solutions to drive traffic such as Marketplace, Kijiji, trade show and client private events
- Ownership over your week, growth & development in your territory, managing accounts within multiple industries.
Requirements of Employment:
- Drivers license with clean abstract
- Edmonton Police Service Security Clearance
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
