**Full Job Description - All Pro Plumbing & Heating**

As a valued member of the All-Pro team, the **key responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Providing administrative support and assistance to our builders and customers
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to electronic inquiries
- Managing action lists and deliverables and organizing the time required to address them.
- General administrative duties include but are not limited to answering calls, filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and more.
- Invoicing and processing payments.
- Data entry and maintenance of paper and electronic files.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Desired skills and experience**:_
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Diploma in Business or Office Administration would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Gmail/Google Drive required.
- Experience with Sage50 is an asset.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving, strategic, creative thinking and decision-making ability.
- Outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a constant changing environment.
- Accustomed to "open door" office setting.
- Ability to deal with sometimes difficult clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time potentially leading to full-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour to start
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
