**Reports to: Customer Service Manager**

**Status: Full-Time Permanent**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter orders and credit notes.
- Prepare and verify pick lists, submit to warehouse via EDI.
- Monitor priority orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
- Invoice orders based on deliveries
- Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, and other departments like A/R and production.
- Collaborate with warehouses and production planning to manage backorders.
- Review claims from customer, investigate and log for A/R.
- Process and analyze reports when required.
- Provide timely support to Customer Service Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor customer performance in terms of volume and product variety, providing regular feedback on issues and opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

**Experience Required**
- 3 years or more of customer service experience
- 2 years experience using ERP system, SAP Business One is a plus
- Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Advance Outlook skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
