**You as an ‘EIDA Coordinator’ will**:

- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to develop and implement EIDA initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Coordinate outreach efforts to attract diverse talent, including partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions.
- Collect and analyze data related to the hiring and career progression of underrepresented groups.
- Provide additional administrative support to the project.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Industry Training Authorities, Employment agencies and members of the EIDA Advisory Committee for the purpose of meeting EIDA Thresholds on the Project.
- Coordinate and exchange information with Project Auditors and third-party survey firms.
- Attend and Lead EIDA Initial Kick-off Meeting, Monthly meetings, and Annual meetings with EIDA Advisory Committee.
- Prepare and present EIDA Monthly Performance Report to the Authority and EIDA Advisory Committee.
- Prepare and Present the EIDA Annual Submission of Plans and Policies to the Authority and EIDA Advisory Committee.
- Coordinate all the communications required to implement the EIDA Service Plan both internally and through subcontractors.

**Is this the right role for you?
- Proven experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within a corporate or organizational setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Construction Industry experience would be an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Certificate in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion would be an asset.
