**Repair Advisor/Damage Collision Estimator**
**Job Summary: (Willing to relocate to Calgary)**
The role is responsible for writing quality appraisal sheets for automotive and collision repair and providing exceptional customer service. The accountabilities of the role are focused on two main areas: accurate repair advice and customer delight.
This position reports to the Store General Manager.
**The Appraiser / Estimator is responsible for**:
- Assessing vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate.
- Maintaining regular contact with the insurance companies to advise on vehicle repair status.
- Primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to write collision repair estimates.
- 3 years experience in appraisal writing.
- Knowledgeable in repair estimating software (Mitchell cloud and/or Audatex).
- Knowledgeable in various Insurance “DRP” practices/guidelines.
- Effective multi-tasker that values superior customer experience.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Above average communication skills.
- Detail Oriented and highly organized.
